Ingredients

1 cup butter

1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, plus more for rolling cooled cookies

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp almond extract

OR 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups finely chopped pecans

2 cups flour

Preparation

Make dough. Chill. Roll in 1" balls. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Roll cooled cookies in extra powdered sugar.
