Ingredients

1/2 cup salted butter

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 cup sour cream (8oz)

1 package jiffy corn muffin mix

1/2 cup 2% milk

1 can whole kernel corn

1 can cream corn

Preparation

Preheat oven 325° use 9x13 lightly greased pan Set cans of corn aside and mix all ingredients Once mixed add corn. Place in uncovered pan Cook until lightly brown
