Ingredients

1.25 cups Pumpkin

1.25 cups Pumpkin

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in 2 qt sauce pan. Add eggs and milk. Stirring constantly, cook until it reaches a full boil. Remove from heat and stir in pumpkin. Chill for approx 45 minutes or until soft mound forms when spooned. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Gradually fold into chilled pumpkin mixture. When thoroughly mixed, pour into pie crust and refrigerate.
