Ingredients

1 can Libby Pumpkin Pie Mix (30 oz)

2/3 cup Evaporated milk (1 5 fl. oz can)

2 eggs or equivalent egg beaters

1 box yellow or spice cake mix (18.25 oz)

1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted, (1 stick)

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine pumpkin pie mix, evaporated milk,and eggs in large bowl. Pour into prepared pan.

(In dry bowl) Combine cake mix, melted butter, and nuts in large bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling.

Bake 50-55 min or until golden brown on top. Cool completely in pa on wire rack. Cut into bars. Top each serving with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
