Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 Tbsp. baking powder

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

3 Tbsp. brown sugar

2 lg. eggs

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Whisk dry ingredients together. Whisk wet ingredients together and gradually stir into flour mixture until almost smooth.

Cook batter into pancakes as normal.
