Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1-1/2 cups solid pack pumpkin

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teas alt

1 teas cinnamon

1/2 teas ginger

1/4 teas cloves

1 2/3 cups (13 oz.) evaporated milk

Preparation

Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 oven for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 and bake about 45 minutes, until knife in center comes out clean.

For honey crunch topping.: 1/3 tbsp brown sugar,1 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp. homey, 1 cup pecan halves. Boil first 3 ingredients and then add pecans; spread on baked pie and broil for 5 minutes
