Ingredients

2 cups cooked pumpkin

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup canned milk

1 cup milk

2 beten eggs

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/4 tsp. cloves

1/4 tsp. allspice

Grated rind of 1 lemon

Preparation

CRUST Rub pie tin with butter, pour cream of wheat into tin and swirl tin to coat bottom and sides of the tin.

PIE Combine all ingredients and pour into pie tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes and then 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until set in the middle.
