Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 stick cubed cold butter
2/3 cup pumpkin
3/4 cup cream
Preparation
Whisk 2 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Work in 1 stick cubed cold butter with a pastry blender. Whisk 2/3 cup pumpkin and 3/4 cup cream; stir into the flour mixture. Pat into an 8-inch square on a floured surface, then cut into 16 triangles. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F, 20 minutes.
