Ingredients

1 can Pumpkin

2 Eggs

3 tablespoons Condensed milk

1 Frozen pie shell

2 cups Dried coconut (unsweetened)

Preparation

Beat eggs lightly and then combine all ingredients until mixed. Add to unbaked pie shell.

Cook at 425 for 15 min and then reduce to 350 for 40-50 min. Ready when pumpkin is firm and crust is nicely golden.
