Ingredients
4 cups vegetable broth
1 1/4 cups red lentils
1 cup each: Chopped carrots, tomato, and onion
1 (12.5 oz) jar Maya Kaimal Madras Curry Sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne (to taste)
Chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation
1-Stir together ALL ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered for one hour. 2-Serve with warm naan bread, adding additional broth if needed, as this soup will thicken as it stands.
