2 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

2 tsp coriander

2 cloves garlic, minced

Tomato Lime Sauce:

1 red onion finely chopped

2 tbsp Worcestershire

3 tbsp brown sugar

1- 15 oz can tomato sauce

Pepper

Juice of one lime
