Ingredients

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Zucchini

1 bunch Bok Choy

1 can Water Chestnuts

1 can Bamboo Shoots

1 bunch Broccoli

1 bunch Cauliflower

1 bunch red cabbage

1 bunch snow peas

1 handful Cashews

1 can Coconut Milk (full fat)

1 can Red Chili Paste (thai kitchen, small can)

1 cup rice vinegar

1 tablespoon chili oil

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger

2 cloves Garlic

1 teaspoon sea salt

1 tablespoon turmeric

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 package Soba noodles

3 sticks carrots

Preparation

Prepare Soba noodles separately according to package.

Saute the sauce and all ingredients until well cooked. Pour over noodles.
