Ingredients

Ranch Dressing - Non-dairy

1/2 C coconut milk or soymilk, unsweetened

1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice

1 C mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

2 TBs chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley

2 TBs chopped fresh chives or 2 tsp. dried chives

Pinch ground black pepper

Pinch salt

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. onion powder

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine coconut milk or soymilk and lemon juice and let sit for 10 minutes. Whisk in mayonnaise and all herbs and spices. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
