Ingredients

2 cups salad macaroni

1 large onion

3 cloves garlic

1 1/2 tbsp dried basil

1 tbsp olive oil

1 can pinto beans

Preparation

Cook macaroni While it is cooking dice onion & mince garlic. Saute onions in oil a few minutes and add garlic & basil, cook till onions are tender.Drain macaroni & return to pot, add cooked onions & garlic & beans including liquid. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve with a salad & porpetti.
