Ingredients

2 cups of almonds

Half a cup of dates pitted and soaked

5 cups blueberries

Two bananas

One and a half tablespoons honey

Preparation

For crest: in the food processor grind the almonds until fine. Add the dates and blend until smooth. Remove from processor and patdown into a pie plate.

For filling: in a food processor confine 4 cups of blueberries, two bananas, and one and a half tablespoons of honey. Blend until smooth. Pour into crust and refrigerate for at least three hours
