Ingredients
10 Egg yolk
200 g Sugar
1000 g Milk
50 g Butter
125 g Corn Starch
Preparation
Heat milk, butter and half of the sugar till boil
Mix egg yolk and the other half sugar, then add starch
Pour half the milk to the mixture to mix well, then add the rest of the milk
mixture 过筛2次, return to heat till mixture thicken, when it ready to eat can mix with whipping cream
500g whipping cream with 50g power sugar, can fill 50 little cupcake
