Ingredients

1 pkg of uncooked red beans

1 16-oz pkg of Conecuh sausag, sliced

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 stalk of celery, chopped

1 teaspoon of minced garlic

Cajun seasoning

White rice

Preparation

Open bag of beans and sort out bad beans. Place in pot of water (4-6 cups, per instructions on the bag) with other ingredients, except the rice, and simmer on low to medium-low heat for about 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
