Ingredients
1 can tomato soup
1 can of water (more if thinning is necessary)
1 can of Veg-All
1 can of onion soup (or dry package)
1 lb browned ground beef
1 tsp sugar
2 cups cut up mushrooms
1 cup beef stock
1 cup chicken broth
1 can black beans w/liquid (low sodium)
1/2 cup rick
Preparation
Brown the ground beef.
Pour all ingredients together and bring to a boil then simmer.
Add salt and pepper if needed after the soup has simmered for 60 minutes or so.
