Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
4 pieces chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons butter
2 cups celery
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (sharp)
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Coat chicken with flower mixture.
Melt 3 tablespoons butter and cook celery in butter for about 5 minutes. Place celery in oven safe baking dish and put chicken on top.
In another bowl, combine soup, milk and greased cheese. Our over chicken.
Bake 1 hour in 325 degree oven or until chicken is tender (165 deg internal temperature)
