Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
4 pieces Chicken breast halves
3 tablespoons Butter
2 cups Celery
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (sharp)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Mix flour, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Melt 3 tbsp butter in skillet and brown chicken in butter. Remove chicken and set aside.
In same skillet, melt 1/2 cup butter and cook celery in butter for about 5 min. Place celery and oven-safe baking dish and put chicken on top.
Bake 1 hr. in 325 deg. oven or until chicken is tender (165 deg.)
