Ingredients

.5 gallon olive oil

4 cups red wine vin

1 cup sugar

4T Dijon mustard

3T Garlic

2T Thyme

2tsp black pepper

2 tsp salt

Preparation

Fine chop thyme, chives and garlic. Combine with all other ingredients in a plastic container except olive oil. Slowly emulsify oil into other ingredients. Cover with a tight fit lid.
