Ingredients
11 oz bag of Reese’s Miniatures
1/2 c softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 c light brown sugar
1/2 peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 salt
Preparation
- Combine butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and beat until fluffy.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture. Beat until well blended.
- Form 1" balls and drop into cups of a small muffin tin pan
- Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes at 350, or until light brown and fluffy.
- Press unwrapped Reese in center and allow to cool in muffin pan.
