Ingredients

11 oz bag of Reese’s Miniatures

1/2 c softened butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 c light brown sugar

1/2 peanut butter

1 egg

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 c flour

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 salt

Preparation

  1. Combine butter, sugars, peanut butter, egg, vanilla, and beat until fluffy.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture. Beat until well blended.
  3. Form 1" balls and drop into cups of a small muffin tin pan
  4. Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes at 350, or until light brown and fluffy.
  5. Press unwrapped Reese in center and allow to cool in muffin pan.
