Ingredients

Filling

5 c rhubarb sliced

1 c brown sugar

3 T cornstarch

1/2 T lemon juice

1/4 t salt

Crumble Topping

1c flour

3/4 c brown sugar

1/2 c oats (old fashioned)

1/4 t salt

8 T butter ( cold cubed)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8 in sq baking dish. In a large bowl combine filling ingredients and place in baking dish. In a food processer, pulse all topping ingredients until clumpy. Sprinkle topping over filling and bake for 45 minutes. Let cool.
