Ingredients

two eggs

1 tablespoon minit tapioca (or flour or cornstarch).

about 3/4 cup sugar

4-5 cups thinly sliced rhubarb

cinnamon

Preparation

Beat eggs in a bowl. Add minit tapioca Add sugar Add rhubarb Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired

Pour into an 8 inch pie shell and bake at 400 for 45 minutes
