Ingredients
1 cup Green Fresh Gungo Peas
2 cups White Rice
1 packet Coconut Powder
1 Onion
3 sprigs Thyme
2 stalks Escallion
1 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Salt
2 Scotch Bonnet Pepper
2 cloves Garlic
Preparation
Cook peas until tender
Add all other ingredients except rice and bring to a boil
Wash and add rice
