Ingredients
4 eggs
1 c sugar
2 lbs ricotta
2 c uncooked rice
1/2 c cream
2 tbs vanilla
Cinnamon
2 deep dish pie shells
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Cook rice. Let cool Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into pie shells Bake 15 min at 425 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Bake another 30 minutes
