2 Pork tenderloins (~1 lb each)
Italian spices (9oregano, 1thyme, 1rosemary, 9basil, 9parsley, 3garlic, 1onion, black pepper, red pepper flakes

Preparation
- rinse and dry pork
- rub with olive oil
- sprinkle dry seasoning and salt, marinate over night
- Sear all sides on iron skillet on medium heat for about 10 mins.
- Transfer to glass dish and bake at 500 for 10-12 mins, internal temp 145. Rest for 3 mins.
