Ingredients

2 Pork tenderloins (~1 lb each)

Italian spices (9oregano, 1thyme, 1rosemary, 9basil, 9parsley, 3garlic, 1onion, black pepper, red pepper flakes

Salt

Preparation

  1. rinse and dry pork
  2. rub with olive oil
  3. sprinkle dry seasoning and salt, marinate over night
  4. Sear all sides on iron skillet on medium heat for about 10 mins.
  5. Transfer to glass dish and bake at 500 for 10-12 mins, internal temp 145. Rest for 3 mins.
