Ingredients

12 ounces brussels sprouts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 ounces grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

slice sprouts in half and place face down onto baking sheet

drizzle sprouts with olive oil

sprinkle pepper onto sprouts

bake at 425 for about 15 minutes

sprinkle cheese onto sprouts and return to bake for another 3 to 5 minutes
