Ingredients

2 pounds Brussels Sprouts

4 slices bacon, diced lardons

2 cloves garlic

1/2 onion, sliced

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 pinch salt

1 pinch pepper

Preparation

Cut sprouts in half. Toss all ingredients in a bowl then spread evenly on a sheet pan. Roast in 425* oven for 30-45 min. until crispy.
