Ingredients

1 head Cauliflower

1 cup Green Olives

2 teaspoons Paprika

2 teaspoon White Pepper

1 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan

1 handful Parsley

1/4 cup Olive Oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Slice head of cauliflower into 1/2 inch steaks. Place on baking sheet lines with parchment paper. Scatter remaining florets around cauliflower slices.

Coarsely chop green olives and parsley.

Combine all ingredients (except cauliflower and parmesan) into a small bowl.

Drizzle mix over cauliflower steaks. Spread evenly.

Roast cauliflower for 35 minutes.

Sprinkle parmesan over steaks. Roast for an additional 5 minutes, or until parmesan is browned.
