Ingredients

12 small red potatoes

2 - 3 Tbsp butter

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

dried thyme

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees. Cut a spiral of peel off of each potato. Melt the butter and mix it with the balsamic vinegar. Put potatoes in a casserole dish. Toss with the butter/vinegar mix. Sprinkle with thyme. Cook for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 20 minutes.
