Ingredients

4 Turkey Thighs

1/4 C butter, softened

1t salt

1/4 t pepper

2 cloves minced garlic

2Ts fresh thyne

2Ts fresh sage

1 C chicken broth

Preparation

MIx butter and herbs and rub under skin and on top of skin. Place in roasting pan and add chicken broth. Roast at Convection 350 for about 60 minutes until 170. Rest 10 minutes.
