Ingredients

crushed garlic

4 drops Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp red wine vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp anchovy paste

1 egg yolk

olive oil

fresh pepper

romaine leaves

1 lemon

ground Parmesan cheese

crumbled bacon

Preparation

Rub inside of wooden bowl with crushed garlic. Add 4 drops Worcester sauce, 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp anchovy paste, 1 egg yolk. Whisk in olive oil until creamy. Add fresh pepper. When ready to serve put romaine leaves…no stalks, in bowl. Squeeze 1 lemon over lettuce, add ground Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon. Toss salad and serve.
