Ingredients

Filling:

3 cups mashed sweet potato, pre-baked in an oven

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 eggs, beaten

1/2 stick butter

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

Topping:

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 cup pecans, chopped in blender

1/2 stick butter

1/2 tsp all spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix all of the first seven ingredients and put in a Pyrex casserole dish. Next, mix all of the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture. Bake until slightly browned and firm in the middle at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes.
