Ingredients
POTATOES:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes (already oven baked)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 beaten eggs
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, chopped in blender
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
Preparation
Bake the sweet potatoes, whole, in an oven. Mash.
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all of the first 7 ingredients and put it in a casserole dish.
Mix all of the topping ingredients and sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 350 until slightly browned and firm in the middle, about 45 to 50 minutes.
