Ingredients
1 c. toasted walnuts
1 c. evoo
3 cloves of garlic (can adjust up or down)
2 c. basil leaves
1 c. parsley leaves
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
1 c. romano cheese
Preparation
- Heat some of the oil over medium heat in a small frying pan. Add garlic and saute until soft but not brown.
- Place all ingredients except cheese and walnuts into the food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Toast walnuts.
- Add walnuts and cheese to food processor and pulse until smooth.
