Ingredients

1 c. toasted walnuts

1 c. evoo

3 cloves of garlic (can adjust up or down)

2 c. basil leaves

1 c. parsley leaves

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

1 c. romano cheese

Preparation

  1. Heat some of the oil over medium heat in a small frying pan. Add garlic and saute until soft but not brown.
  2. Place all ingredients except cheese and walnuts into the food processor and pulse until smooth.
  3. Toast walnuts.
  4. Add walnuts and cheese to food processor and pulse until smooth.
