Ingredients
4 Garlic, chopped cloves
2 tablespoon Rosemary, fresh and chopped
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 pound flank steak
Preparation
combine olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender. Blend for about 2 minutes.
Perpare a hot grill and cook steak for 5 minutes, turn and grill for another 4 minutes.
Let rest for 15 minutes, covered with foil. Slice about 1/8 inch thick and serve.
steak should marinade for 1 to 24 hours.
