Ingredients
1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
Preparation
Mix ingredients together Batter should be smooth like thick cream Heat oil in deep fryer or pan Heat rosette iron in the hot oil for approximately 10 seconds,dip into batter and put in oil When rosette comes off of iron fry until golden brown Remove from oil and put on paper towel to drain Sprinkle with powdered sugar
