Ingredients
14 ounces Whole, chopped, or diced tomatoes
14 ounces Whole, sliced, or diced beets
4 ounces Green chiles
1/2 cup Onion
1/2 cup Fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Parsley
2 teaspoons Local honey
2 teaspoons Fresh lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoons Fresh ginger root (peeled)
6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
1 teaspoon Sea salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend on medium power for 15-20 seconds (or until desired consistency).
Serve chilled.
