Ingredients
1 C sifted powdered sugar
1/2 C melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp rum extract or 2 tbls dark rum
Preparation
Mix sugar, butter and egg in double boiler until smooth and glossy. Then add the lemon juice and rum.
