Ingredients

1 bunch Russian kale, cut in strips

1 medium apple, chopped

1 medium onion, sliced

Saigon Cinnamon

Garlic Powder

pepper

@ 1/2 c chicken stock

olive oil

Preparation

chop onions, add to pan and drizzle olive oil. med. heat and cover the pan. when start to release juices, add apples. sprinkle cinnamon and garlic powder. stir. add small amt of chicken stock to keep moist. cover. when apples begin to soften, add the kale. mix to get veggies off of the bottom and into the greens. add soup, sprinkle with cinnamon and garlic powder, cover. stir every few minutes. when greens are soft and reduced, the dish is ready to serve.
