Ingredients
1 can drained Chickenbreast
3 piece Carrots
2 pieces yellow Yukon Potatos
4 piece Hard boil Eggs
1 piece Apple
1 can canned peas
6 piece Pickeled Cucumbers (COSTCO)
Preparation
Cook potatos, eggs and carrots
Drain canned Chickenbreat and Peas
process pickels in Food processor and keep separate to drain liquidity
use mash cutter and slice everything together except pickels
use portion wise with Mayo, salt and added pepper to taste, mix pickels separately under the portion
