Ingredients
3 ounces Rä Nanoshoots
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
Preparation
In a mixing bowl combine the nanoshoots, ricotta, parmesan, and salt. Blend thoroughly. Spread the above mixture into the first pie crust.
Cut ½ inch wide strips from the second pie crust and lay over pie in a lattice.
Baste top crust with a beaten egg.
Bake for 30 minutes in oven preheated to 350 degrees F.
Allow to cool, slice and serve.
