Ingredients

1/4c olive oil

1/2 c vinegar (white or cider)

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1/2 c Chopped Parsley

2 cloves garlic minced

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 tbsp. dry mustard

2 pork tenderloins

1 Cup apple chips

Preparation

Soak 1 cup apple chips if grilling

Combine first 8 ingredients for marinade.

Place 2 tenderloins in marinade

Refrigerate 15 minutes ( I marinate however long is convenient up to several hours)

Drain and place apple chips for use in grilling

Grill/Roast to desired doneness.

Let stand. Serve
