Ingredients
1 lb wild salmon, frozen a bit
1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1 T lemon juice
1 T citric acid
1 T paprika
1/2 T onion powder. 1/2 T garlic powder
1.5 t sea salt
1 cup water
Preparation
freeze for 1/2 hr before slice. marinade 12 hrs, then dehydrate
