Ingredients
⢠1/2 tablespoon fresh orange juice
⢠1 tablespoons hoisin sauce
⢠1 teaspoons honey
⢠Salmon 1 lb (and thick)
⢠Coarse salt and ground pepper
Preparation
Heat broiler. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, hoisin sauce, and honey.
Rinse salmon and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment and spray with oil. Place salmon on lined rimmed baking sheet. Brush generously with glaze.
Broil salmon about 4 inches from the heat source, basting once, until opaque in center, 10 to 13 minutes.
