Ingredients
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch basil
1/2 bunch mint
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 lemon
zest of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
3/4 c fruity green olive oil
Preparation
Remove the pulp from the lemon and cut peel into fine slices. Using hand blender, mash the herbs, all lemon, garlic and oil, season with salt.
