1/4 cup Brown sugar
1/4 teaspoons salt
1.5 cups flour
1.5 cups sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup heavy cream
10 ounces chocolate chips

Preparation
ceream butter, brown sugar, salt and flour in mixer. press into 9x9 pan that is buttered, lined with parchmont paper, and buttered again. Bake 30 minutes til goldn brown
