Ingredients

1 1/4 cup Flour

1/3 cup Cocoa

11 tablespoons Butter

2/3 cup Light brown sugar

1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/2 - 1 teaspoon Salt (for tops of cookies)

Preparation

Cream butter, sugars, salt and vanilla

Mix the dry ingredients and add. Beat only until incorporated.

Put the dough onto a work surface and decide into two 9 inch logs. Wrap in waxed paper and chill for at least three hours.

Slice the logs into cookies and bake @ 325 degrees for 12 minutes. They will not look done, but they are.
