Ingredients

18 wings, each cut in two; tips discarded

2 cups bread crumbs

3/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese

1/4 cup parsley flakes

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. pepper

1/2 cup melted butter

1 tsp. garlic salt

Preparation

Mix crumbs, parmesan, parsley flakes, salt and pepper; set aside. Mix melted butter and garlic salt. Bring wings to room temp. Roll in butter/g. salt mixture, then in crumbs. Can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated. Bake on cookie sheets 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
